This CME activity offers the opportunity to assess your knowledge and retention of the information presented in the clinical articles in this online issue and to earn continuing medical education credit. The Interstate Postgraduate Medical Association (IPMA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.

The IPMA designates this education activity for a maximum of 2 Category 1 credits toward the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. Each physician should claim only those credits he or she actually spent in the activity.

This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 2 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Term of approval is for 1 year from beginning distribution date of July 1, 2004, with option to request yearly renewal.

To earn credit online, you must read the CME articles carefully, answer the quiz questions, obtain a passing score (a minimum of 75%), and complete the credit evaluation form. Any articles marked "Web-exclusive" are published on the Web site only and do not appear in the print edition.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted for payment of all online self-test registrations. If you prefer to mail your payment, you need to print out and complete a separate answer sheet and mail it with your payment to IPMA for scoring. Click on mail-in form and follow the instructions for mailing.
